【摘要】：目的： 本課題主要觀察了對子宮內(nèi)膜息肉患者行宮腔鏡下子宮內(nèi)膜息肉切除術(shù)(TCRP)后予以琥珀散治療的臨床療效,對患者月經(jīng)模式進行評價,從而為臨床提供一種改善患者術(shù)后月經(jīng)模式,降低子宮內(nèi)膜息肉復(fù)發(fā)率的方案 方法： 本課題選擇符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的66例子宮內(nèi)膜息肉(EP)患者,隨機分為2組,治療組33例(手.術(shù)聯(lián)合中藥組),對照組33例(單純手術(shù)組)。治療組術(shù)后給予琥珀散加減口服,療程為2個月。對照組為單純的手術(shù)組不給予任何藥物干預(yù),觀察2個月。觀察兩組患者治療后中醫(yī)癥狀、體征改善情況,患者的用經(jīng)模式和基礎(chǔ)體溫變化。結(jié)果： 治療組和對照組的臨床總有效率分別為96.8%和75.6%,手術(shù)聯(lián)合中藥治療組的療效與單純手術(shù)組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)；治療組和對照組的調(diào)經(jīng)療效的總有效率分別為90.3%和87.9%,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)；治療后兩組患者的中醫(yī)證候積分均下降,治療組與對照組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照；兩組患者治療后行經(jīng)天數(shù)均縮短,治療組與對照組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照。兩組患者觀察研究的第1個月HPS評分進行比較,P0.05,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,兩組患者手術(shù)治療后HPS評分基本均恢復(fù)正常。兩組患者觀察研究的第2、3個月HPS評分進行比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組的HPS評分優(yōu)于對照組。由此推斷手術(shù)聯(lián)合中藥治療組在改善患者癥狀體征以及患者月經(jīng)模式方面具有較好療效。 結(jié)論： 手術(shù)聯(lián)合中藥治療能夠明顯的改善子宮內(nèi)膜息肉(EP)患者的臨床癥狀、體征和月經(jīng)模式,療效優(yōu)于單純手術(shù)治療,副作用小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the menstrual pattern of patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps (TCRP). It provides a method to improve the menstrual pattern and reduce the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps. 66 cases of endometrial polyps with (EP) were selected in this study. Randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 33 cases (hand). Operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine group, control group 33 cases (simple operation group). The treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of amber powder for 2 months. The control group was treated with no drug intervention for 2 months. The symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine were improved after treatment, the pattern of meridian use and the changes of basic body temperature were observed. Results: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.8% and 75.66.The curative effect of the operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly different from that of the simple operation group (P0.05). The total effective rate of regulating menstrual effect in treatment group and control group was 90.3% and 87.9% respectively, there was no statistical significance (P0.05); after treatment, the TCM syndromes score of two groups decreased, the difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The menstrual days of the two groups were shortened after treatment, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The HPS scores in the first month of the study were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The HPS scores of the two groups returned to normal after operation. The HPS scores of the two groups at the 2nd and 3rd month were compared, P 0.05, with statistical significance. The HPS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. It is inferred that the operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group has better curative effect in improving the symptoms and signs of the patients and menstrual pattern of the patients. Conclusion: operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, signs and menstrual patterns of (EP) patients with endometrial polyps.
