【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)觀察補(bǔ)腎活血法治療腎虛血瘀型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的臨床療效及對(duì)心臟變時(shí)功能的影響，觀察治療前后患者臨床癥狀、內(nèi)分泌激素水平、血脂水平及心臟變時(shí)功能改善情況，進(jìn)而揭示補(bǔ)腎活血法對(duì)腎虛血瘀型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的臨床療效及對(duì)心臟變時(shí)功能的影響。 方法：將60例腎虛血瘀型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征心臟變時(shí)功能不良的患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(服用導(dǎo)師自擬補(bǔ)腎活血丸)、對(duì)照組(服用芬嗎通)，觀察治療前后臨床癥狀、體征、內(nèi)分泌激素指標(biāo)、血脂指標(biāo)、心臟變時(shí)功能指標(biāo)的改善情況。 結(jié)果：臨床觀察結(jié)果顯示，補(bǔ)腎活血法治療腎虛血瘀型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的綜合療效、改善中醫(yī)證候療效、Kupperman積分、改善烘熱汗出，腰膝酸軟，頭暈耳鳴，煩躁易怒，，失眠多夢(mèng)，陰道干澀中醫(yī)癥候單項(xiàng)方面都是有效的，與對(duì)照組相比無(wú)明顯差異（P0.05），在改善肢體麻木疼痛，肌膚甲錯(cuò)，口干不欲飲的中醫(yī)癥候單項(xiàng)方面與對(duì)照組相比有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.05)，其對(duì)血清生殖內(nèi)分泌激素、血脂、心臟變時(shí)功能的改善是有效的，與對(duì)照組相比無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)，且觀察組療效不受年齡、病程、病情程度的影響，觀察組藥物不良反應(yīng)少，安全性好。 結(jié)論：補(bǔ)腎活血法治療腎虛血瘀型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征有較好的臨床療效，通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)分泌激素水平、血脂水平的調(diào)節(jié)，可以對(duì)心臟變時(shí)功能有較好的改善作用。補(bǔ)腎活血法通過(guò)改善患者下丘腦－垂體－卵巢軸功能，調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)分泌激素水平，反饋抑制FSH的分泌，調(diào)節(jié)血脂代謝，改善心臟變時(shí)功能，從而達(dá)到治療腎虛血瘀型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征以及預(yù)防心血管疾病發(fā)生的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation method in treating peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and its influence on heart function, and to observe the clinical symptoms and endocrine hormone levels before and after treatment. The level of blood lipids and the improvement of heart function were improved, and the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue method on the peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and the influence of Bushen Huoxue method on the function of cardiac chronotropy were revealed. Methods: sixty patients with peri-menopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into observation group (taking tutors' self-made Bushen Huoxue Pill) and control group (taking Fenmuotong). The clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment. The improvement of endocrine hormone index, blood lipid index and cardiac function index. Results: the clinical observation results showed that the comprehensive curative effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation in treating peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, improving the curative effect of TCM syndromes, Kupperman integral, improving heat sweating, sore waist and knee, dizziness and tinnitus, irritability and irritability, insomnia and many dreams, Vagina dry astringent Chinese medicine symptom single aspect is effective, compared with the control group has no obvious difference (P0.05), in the improvement limb numbness pain, the skin is wrong, Compared with the control group, the single aspect of TCM syndromes which do not want to drink is superior to the control group (P0.05). It is effective to improve the serum reproductive endocrine hormone, blood lipid and heart function. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P0.05), and the effect of the observation group was not affected by age, course of disease and severity of the disease. The observation group had fewer adverse drug reactions and better safety. Conclusion: the therapy of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation has a better clinical effect on the peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. By regulating the levels of endocrine hormones and blood lipids, it can improve the function of the heart. Bushen Huoxue method can improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis, regulate the level of endocrine hormone, inhibit the secretion of FSH, regulate the metabolism of blood lipid, and improve the function of heart. In order to achieve the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type perimenopausal syndrome and prevent cardiovascular disease.
