【摘要】：子宮內(nèi)膜癌是最常見的婦科惡性腫瘤之一,肥胖、糖尿病及高血壓被認為是子宮內(nèi)膜癌的高危因素,而瘦素作為重要的脂肪因子,可能在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生中扮演重要的角色。了解瘦素與子宮內(nèi)膜癌之間的關(guān)系,有助于更好地了解子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)病機制,也為其治療提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common gynecological malignancies, obesity, diabetes and hypertension are considered as high risk factors for endometrial carcinoma. Leptin, as an important fat factor, may play an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma. Understanding the relationship between leptin and endometrial carcinoma is helpful to understand the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma and provide new ideas for its treatment.
