【摘要】：目的分析子宮輸卵管造影檢查過程中出現(xiàn)的不良反應及制定相應防治措施。方法收集2006年1月至2013年12月于我院行子宮輸卵管造影檢查的6 352例患者進行分析。結果 836例出現(xiàn)不同程度的不良反應。其中312例出現(xiàn)藥物性不良反應,626例出現(xiàn)非藥物性不良反應�；颊甙l(fā)生藥物性不良反應時,主要癥狀為下腹部脹痛、咽喉部不適、嗆咳、惡心、嘔吐、氣短及面部潮紅、皮膚瘙癢等癥狀;非藥物性不良反應626例,主要表現(xiàn)為下腹部脹痛、惡心、嘔吐、面色蒼白、心跳加快、血壓下降、頭暈、眼花等癥狀。結論碘過敏試驗陰性的患者中,仍有少部分在造影過程中出現(xiàn)不同程度的不良反應,檢查過程中應針對不同情況,采取相應的防治措施,以保證子宮輸卵管造影檢查的順利進行。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the adverse reactions in the course of hysterosalpingography. Methods from January 2006 to December 2013, 6 352 patients underwent hysterosalpingography in our hospital. Results there were 836 cases with different degree of adverse reactions. There were 312 cases of adverse drug reactions and 626 cases of non-drug side effects. When the patients developed adverse drug reactions, the main symptoms were pain in the lower abdomen, discomfort in the throat, cough, nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath, flushing of the face and itching of the skin, while 626 cases of non-drug side effects were mainly characterized by distended pain in the lower abdomen. Nausea, vomiting, pale face, faster heart rate, lower blood pressure, dizziness, eye drops and other symptoms. Conclusion there are still a small number of patients with negative iodine allergy test who have different degree of adverse reactions in the course of radiography. The prevention and treatment measures should be taken in accordance with different conditions during the examination. In order to ensure the smooth progress of hysterosalpingography.
