【摘要】：目的觀察洛鉑(LBP)對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)人卵巢癌細(xì)胞增殖的抑制作用。方法選用7種人卵巢癌細(xì)胞株SK-OV-3、ES-2、OVCAR-8、3AO、SW626、A2780、OVCAR-3,以順鉑(DDP)、卡鉑(CBP)為對(duì)照,評(píng)價(jià)LBP單藥或聯(lián)合紫杉醇(PTX)、多西他賽(TXT)對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)人卵巢癌細(xì)胞增殖的抑制作用及其聯(lián)合用藥效應(yīng)。結(jié)果 LBP、DDP、CBP單藥均可明顯抑制體外培養(yǎng)人卵巢癌細(xì)胞增殖,IC50分別為1.5~13.8、0.9~8.1和14.6~145.7μmol·L-1。LBP、DDP、CBP聯(lián)合PTX、TXT的效應(yīng)具有細(xì)胞特異性,其中,LBP聯(lián)合TXT在SK-OV-3、OVCAR-8細(xì)胞中顯示相加效應(yīng)。結(jié)論 LBP單藥具有明確的體外抗人卵巢癌細(xì)胞增殖活性,其活性與DDP相當(dāng),強(qiáng)于CBP;LBP聯(lián)合TXT對(duì)卵巢癌細(xì)胞有可能產(chǎn)生相加的抗腫瘤作用,但有細(xì)胞特異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the inhibitory effect of roplatin (LBP) on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells in vitro. Methods Seven human ovarian cancer cell lines SK-OV-3,ES-2,OVCAR-8,3AO,SW626,A2780,OVCAR-3, were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of LBP single drug or combination of paclitaxel (PTX), docetaxel (TXT) on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cell line SK-OV-3,ES-2,OVCAR-8,3AO,SW626,A2780,OVCAR-3, in vitro and the combined effect of cisplatin (DDP), carboplatin (CBP). Results the inhibitory effects of LBP,DDP,CBP alone on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells in vitro were significantly inhibited as follows: IC50 was 1.5 ~ (13. 8) 渭 mol / L ~ (0.98.1) and 145.7 渭 mol / L ~ (-1) mol L ~ (-1), respectively. The additive effect of TXT combined with LBP,DDP,CBP was found in SK-OV-3,OVCAR-8 cells. Conclusion LBP has a distinct anti-proliferation activity in vitro, which is similar to that of DDP, and is stronger than that of CBP;LBP combined with TXT, which may produce additive anti-tumor effect on ovarian cancer cells, but it has cell specificity.
