【摘要】：宮頸癌前病變及人乳頭瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染受到各界越來越多的關(guān)注。雖然多種篩查手段的開展實現(xiàn)了真正的"早發(fā)現(xiàn),早治療",然而,宮頸癌前病變及HPV感染女性在患病的同時,還面臨著許多負(fù)面情緒的困擾,并可能嚴(yán)重影響其生活質(zhì)量及夫妻關(guān)系。本文從婦產(chǎn)科臨床角度,對宮頸癌前病變及HPV感染女性面臨的常見負(fù)面情緒及心理狀況,以及現(xiàn)行常用的心理狀況及生活質(zhì)量評估手段作一綜述,以期提高對這些女性心理狀況的認(rèn)識和關(guān)注,為深入研究及可能的干預(yù)策略提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Precancerous lesions and human papillomavirus (human papillomavirus,HPV) infection have attracted more and more attention. Although the development of various screening methods has realized the real "early detection, early treatment," however, women with cervical precancerous lesions and HPV infection are also faced with many negative emotions at the same time. And may seriously affect their quality of life and the relationship between husband and wife. From the clinical point of view of gynecology and obstetrics, this article reviews the common negative emotions and psychological conditions faced by women with cervical precancerous lesions and HPV infection, as well as the current psychological status and quality of life assessment. In order to improve the understanding and attention to the psychological status of these women, to provide theoretical basis for further research and possible intervention strategies.
