【摘要】：尿失禁是指尿液不自主從尿道口流出,國外較早期的文獻顯示女性尿失禁發(fā)生率為4.5%~53.0%,國內(nèi)調(diào)查的結(jié)果顯示中國成年女性壓力性尿失禁總患病率高達18.9%。尿失禁的診斷及評估包括定性診斷、分型診斷、程度診斷及合并疾病等4個方面。文章基于于歐洲泌尿協(xié)會(european association of urology,EAU)尿失禁指南及證據(jù)等級,以一系列證據(jù)概述的形式,將尿失禁診斷過程中的已知證據(jù)分等級推薦給臨床醫(yī)師。同時,將從尿路功能和尿路結(jié)構(gòu)的異常兩個方面鑒別尿失禁�？傊�,在臨床工作中,多數(shù)時間可以從患者的癥狀敘述中給出尿失禁的正確診斷,但仍需要注意針對可疑患者的鑒別診斷。
[Abstract]:Urinary incontinence refers to the involuntary outflow of urine from the urethral orifice. The foreign early literature shows that the incidence of female urinary incontinence is 4.50.The domestic investigation results show that the total prevalence of stress urinary incontinence in Chinese adult women is as high as 18.9. The diagnosis and evaluation of urinary incontinence include qualitative diagnosis, type diagnosis, degree diagnosis and complicated disease. Based on the guidelines and evidence levels of urinary incontinence of the European Urological Association (european association of urology,EAU), the known evidence in the diagnosis of urinary incontinence is recommended to clinicians in the form of a series of evidence summaries. At the same time, urinary incontinence will be distinguished from urinary tract function and abnormal urinary tract structure. In a word, the correct diagnosis of urinary incontinence can be obtained from the description of patients' symptoms most of the time in clinical work, but the differential diagnosis of suspicious patients should be paid attention to.
