T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群在妊娠與復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)中作用及治療研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正胚胎攜帶父方的MHC單元型,相對(duì)于母體猶如同種異體移植,母胎免疫耐受是妊娠建立與維持的前提,機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)在其中發(fā)揮著復(fù)雜而精細(xì)的調(diào)控作用。T淋巴細(xì)胞是機(jī)體免疫調(diào)節(jié)的主體,主要包括輔助性T淋巴細(xì)胞(Th cell)及調(diào)節(jié)性T淋巴細(xì)胞(Treg),在抵御外界病原體感染、維持機(jī)體內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。隨著生殖免疫學(xué)研究的不斷深入,已證實(shí)不同T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群在誘導(dǎo)
[Abstract]:Compared with the maternal allograft, the maternal and fetal immune tolerance is the prerequisite for the establishment and maintenance of pregnancy. The immune system plays a complex and delicate regulatory role. T lymphocytes are the main body of immune regulation, including helper T lymphocyte (Th cell) and regulatory T lymphocyte (Treg), to resist the infection of external pathogens. It plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the internal environment. With the development of reproductive immunology, it has been proved that different T lymphocyte subsets are induced by different T lymphocyte subsets.
