【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)重組人干擾素α2b陰道泡騰膠囊對(duì)宮頸人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染的療效。方法 128例宮頸HPV感染患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組(62例)和對(duì)照組(66例)。試驗(yàn)組患者于末次月經(jīng)干凈3 d后,在陰道內(nèi)放置重組人干擾素α2b陰道泡騰膠囊,每晚1粒,10 d為1個(gè)療程,持續(xù)3個(gè)療程。對(duì)照組患者予以定期隨訪觀察,未做處理。3個(gè)療程后,比較2組宮頸HPV陰轉(zhuǎn)率、宮頸糜爛程度及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 3個(gè)療程后,試驗(yàn)組HPV-DNA轉(zhuǎn)陰48例,陰轉(zhuǎn)率為77.4%,對(duì)照組HPV-DNA自行轉(zhuǎn)陰4例,陰轉(zhuǎn)率為6.1%,試驗(yàn)組陰轉(zhuǎn)率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組宮頸糜爛面積縮小者30例,有效率為63.8%(30/47),對(duì)照組宮頸糜爛面積縮小者4例,有效率為8.3%(4/48),試驗(yàn)組有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組患者無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論重組人干擾素α2b陰道泡騰膠囊對(duì)宮頸HPV感染療效顯著,同時(shí)可減輕患者宮頸糜爛程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of recombinant human interferon 偽 2b vaginal effervescent capsule in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods 128 patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into trial group (n = 62) and control group (n = 66). Patients in the test group were treated with recombinant human interferon 偽 2b vaginal effervescent capsule after the last menstruation for 3 days. The patients in the control group were followed up regularly without treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the negative rate of cervical HPV, the degree of cervical erosion and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results after three courses of treatment, 48 cases of HPV-DNA turned negative in the trial group, the negative conversion rate was 77.4%, and 4 cases in the control group turned negative spontaneously, the negative conversion rate was 6.1%, the negative conversion rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), 30 cases in the trial group had reduced cervical erosion area. The effective rate was 63.8% (30 / 47). In the control group, the area of cervical erosion was reduced in 4 cases, and the effective rate was 8.3% (4 / 48). The effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction in the trial group. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon 偽 2b vaginal effervescent capsule is effective in the treatment of cervical HPV infection and can reduce the degree of cervical erosion.
