【摘要】：本研究對(duì)硬膜外阻滯麻醉技術(shù)應(yīng)用于無痛分娩的效果進(jìn)行觀察。選取2015年2月~2016年2月之間在我院待產(chǎn)并要求進(jìn)行無痛分娩的產(chǎn)婦150人,并隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組和空白組。3組分別進(jìn)行硬膜外阻滯麻醉無痛分娩、腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉無痛分娩和常規(guī)自然分娩,對(duì)3組產(chǎn)婦的產(chǎn)后出血量、產(chǎn)程時(shí)間、新生兒Apear評(píng)分和分娩鎮(zhèn)痛效果進(jìn)行比較。利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件處理分析數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),硬膜外阻滯麻醉、腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉均不影響產(chǎn)后出血量和新生兒Apgar評(píng)分(p0.05);硬膜外阻滯麻醉和腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉的鎮(zhèn)痛效果與產(chǎn)程時(shí)間與空白組具有明顯差異(p0.05),且硬膜外阻滯麻醉的鎮(zhèn)痛和縮短產(chǎn)程的效果優(yōu)于腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉(p0.05)。結(jié)果表明,硬膜外阻滯麻醉應(yīng)用于無痛分娩安全有效。
[Abstract]:The effect of epidural block anesthesia on painless delivery was observed. From February 2015 to February 2016, 150 parturient women who were waiting for labor in our hospital and asked for painless delivery were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and blank group, which were given epidural block anesthesia and painless delivery, respectively. Spinal-epidural block analgesia and routine spontaneous delivery were used to compare postpartum bleeding, delivery time, neonatal Apear score and labor analgesia effect in three groups. Using statistical software to process and analyze the data, we found that epidural block anesthesia, Combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia had no effect on postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score (p0.05), the analgesic effect and labor duration of epidural block anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia were significantly different from those of blank group (p0.05), and epidural block anesthesia had significant difference (p0.05). The effect of analgesia and labor shortening was better than that of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (p0.05). The results showed that epidural block anesthesia was safe and effective in painless delivery.
