【摘要】：目的觀察亮丙瑞林注射劑聯(lián)合佳蓉片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥伴不孕的臨床療效及安全性。方法將68例子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥伴不孕患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組34例與試驗(yàn)組34例。2組患者均進(jìn)行腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療。對(duì)照組于術(shù)后月經(jīng)復(fù)潮后第1~2天予以亮丙瑞林3.75 mg,皮下注射,每4周1次,連續(xù)應(yīng)用6次;試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,于術(shù)后予以口服佳蓉片每次0.92 mg,tid,連續(xù)用藥15 d。比較2組患者的臨床療效、卵泡刺激素(FHS)、黃體生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睪酮、性激素結(jié)合蛋白(SHBG)、妊娠率以及藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為94.12%(32/34例)和76.47%(26/34例);妊娠率分別為52.94%(18/34例)和26.47%(9/34例),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的FHS分別為(6.33±0.75),(8.31±0.99)U·L~(-1);LH分別為(5.39±0.59),(6.21±0.86)U·L~(-1);E2分別為(38.02±5.17),(68.39±7.47)pmol·L~(-1);睪酮分別為(0.81±0.90),(1.14±0.17)nmol·L~(-1);SHBG分別為(80.07±9.17),(56.54±7.07)nmol·L~(-1),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組的藥物不良反應(yīng)主要有出汗和經(jīng)量減少,對(duì)照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)主要有出汗、陰道出血和下腹部痛。試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為8.82%和11.76%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論亮丙瑞林注射劑聯(lián)合佳蓉片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥伴不孕的臨床療效顯著,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of Liangprorelin injection combined with Jiarong tablet in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility. Methods 68 cases of endometriosis with infertility were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and experimental group (34 cases).
