【摘要】：目的觀察子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中miRNA-302c的表達(dá)變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法選擇2012年1月~2013年12月收治的51例子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者的手術(shù)切除腫瘤組織標(biāo)本為觀察組,同期因子宮肌瘤行全子宮切除術(shù)的40例患者的正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織標(biāo)本為對(duì)照組。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測(cè)兩組標(biāo)本中的miRNA-302c。分析51例子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者腫瘤組織標(biāo)本miRNA-302c相對(duì)表達(dá)量與臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。采用受試者工作曲線和最大約登指數(shù)法確定用子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織標(biāo)本miRNA-302c表達(dá)量預(yù)測(cè)患者死亡和復(fù)發(fā)的截?cái)嘀?將其用截?cái)嘀捣譃楦適iRNA-302c表達(dá)組和低miRNA-302c表達(dá)組,采用Kaplan-Meier法計(jì)算并比較高、低miRNA-302c表達(dá)組的3年累計(jì)生存率和復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果觀察組、對(duì)照組miRNA-302c表達(dá)量分別為1.721±2.804、4.024±6.518,兩組相比P0.05。51例子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織標(biāo)本miRNA-302c表達(dá)量與臨床分期、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P均0.05)。用腫瘤組織標(biāo)本miRNA-302c表達(dá)量預(yù)測(cè)患者死亡的截?cái)嘀禐?.568,用其將51例子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者分為高miRNA-302c表達(dá)組(miRNA-302c表達(dá)量1.568)30例和低miRNA-302c表達(dá)組(miRNA-302c表達(dá)量≥1.568)21例,其3年累計(jì)生存率分別為96.67%(29/30)、90.47%(19/21),P0.05。用腫瘤組織標(biāo)本miRNA-302c表達(dá)量預(yù)測(cè)患者復(fù)發(fā)的截?cái)嘀禐?.803,用其將51例子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者分為高miRNA-302c表達(dá)組(miRNA-302c表達(dá)量1.803)24例和低miRNA-302c表達(dá)組(miRNA-302c表達(dá)量≥1.803)27例,其復(fù)發(fā)率分別為16.67%(4/24)、29.63%(8/27),P0.05。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織miRNA-302c表達(dá)降低。檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織miRNA-302c表達(dá)有助于判斷子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床分期、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)后、復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of miRNA-302c in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 51 cases of endometrial carcinoma treated from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as observation group and 40 cases as control group. Detection of miRNA-302c. in two groups of specimens by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR The relationship between the relative expression of miRNA-302c and clinicopathological parameters in 51 patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. The truncation values of miRNA-302c expression in endometrial carcinoma tissues were determined by the method of operating curve and maximum Jordan index. The truncated values were divided into high miRNA-302c expression group and low miRNA-302c expression group. The 3-year cumulative survival rate and recurrence rate were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method in patients with high and low miRNA-302c expression.
