胚胎晚期暴露脂多糖對(duì)中年CD-1小鼠背側(cè)海馬SUMO-3含量的影響

【摘要】：為探討胚胎晚期暴露細(xì)菌脂多糖(LPS)的中年CD-1小鼠背側(cè)海馬的類泛素化蛋白(SUMO-3)含量有無(wú)年齡相關(guān)性改變。采用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)檢測(cè)LPS暴露組和對(duì)照組CD-1小鼠背側(cè)海馬DG區(qū)、CA1區(qū)和CA3區(qū)各亞層的SUMO-3表達(dá)。結(jié)果表明,兩組間各區(qū)各亞層的SUMO-3含量無(wú)明顯差異。
[Abstract]:To investigate the age-related changes in the content of ubiquitin (SUMO-3) in the dorsal hippocampus of CD-1 mice exposed to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in late embryonic stage. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of SUMO-3 in the DG and CA3 sublayers of the dorsal hippocampus of CD-1 mice in LPS exposed group and control group. The results showed that there was no significant difference in SUMO-3 content between the two groups.
