【摘要】：為探討胚胎晚期暴露細菌脂多糖(LPS)的中年CD-1小鼠背側海馬的類泛素化蛋白(SUMO-3)含量有無年齡相關性改變。采用免疫組織化學技術檢測LPS暴露組和對照組CD-1小鼠背側海馬DG區(qū)、CA1區(qū)和CA3區(qū)各亞層的SUMO-3表達。結果表明,兩組間各區(qū)各亞層的SUMO-3含量無明顯差異。
[Abstract]:To investigate the age-related changes in the content of ubiquitin (SUMO-3) in the dorsal hippocampus of CD-1 mice exposed to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in late embryonic stage. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of SUMO-3 in the DG and CA3 sublayers of the dorsal hippocampus of CD-1 mice in LPS exposed group and control group. The results showed that there was no significant difference in SUMO-3 content between the two groups.
