【摘要】：神經(jīng)周?chē)䴘?rùn)(PNI)與多種腫瘤預(yù)后密切相關(guān),是獨(dú)立不良預(yù)后因素之一,在宮頸癌中PNI亦有著重要的臨床意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)有關(guān)PNI的定義、診斷、發(fā)生機(jī)制及其在宮頸癌中的臨床、病理研究進(jìn)行綜述,以期對(duì)宮頸癌的浸潤(rùn)、轉(zhuǎn)移有更深入的了解,并對(duì)宮頸癌PNI有更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),為優(yōu)化治療方案,改善預(yù)后提供新的線索。
[Abstract]:Perineural infiltrating (PNI) is closely related to the prognosis of many tumors and is one of the independent adverse prognostic factors. PNI also has important clinical significance in cervical cancer. This article reviews the definition, diagnosis, pathogenesis and clinical and pathological studies of PNI in order to understand the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer, and to have a deeper understanding of PNI of cervical cancer. It provides a new clue for optimizing treatment plan and improving prognosis.
