【摘要】：正患者,32歲,G2P2。因孕39周陰道分娩產(chǎn)后出血7小時(shí),稀有血型于2014年2月24日由外院急診轉(zhuǎn)入我院�；颊哂诋�(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院經(jīng)陰道分娩1活嬰,新生兒出生體重3.3 kg,產(chǎn)程順利,無(wú)軟產(chǎn)道裂傷,產(chǎn)后2小時(shí)出血約500 ml。既往有中度貧血史,無(wú)輸血史,月經(jīng)正常,第1胎分娩無(wú)產(chǎn)后出血史。入院查體:T 37.5℃,P 130/min,R 23/min,BP 80/50 mm Hg,意識(shí)尚清
[Abstract]:The patient is 32 years old. The rare blood group was transferred to our hospital on February 24, 2014. The patient delivered 1 live baby through vagina in local hospital. The birth weight of newborn was 3.3 kg,. The birth process was smooth. There was no laceration of soft birth canal. The bleeding was about 500 ml. after 2 hours postpartum. She had a history of moderate anemia, no blood transfusion, normal menstruation, and no history of postpartum hemorrhage in the first trimester. Admission: T37.5 鈩，
