卵巢漿液性腺癌BRMS1、RIZ1和SATB1蛋白表達(dá)及其與預(yù)后的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討卵巢低、高級(jí)別漿液性腺癌中BRMS1、RIZ1和SATB1蛋白表達(dá)及其臨床病理意義。方法應(yīng)用免疫組化Eli Vision法檢測(cè)卵巢低、高級(jí)別漿液性腺癌組織中BRMS1、RIZ1和SATB1蛋白的表達(dá),對(duì)比分析三者在不同級(jí)別漿液性腺癌中的表達(dá)規(guī)律,并應(yīng)用Kaplan-Meier單因素統(tǒng)計(jì)法分析三者與不同級(jí)別漿液性腺癌患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 BRMS1、RIZ1和SATB1蛋白在高級(jí)別組中的陽(yáng)性率分別為43.9%、46.3%和51.2%;與對(duì)照組相比,BRMS1、RIZ1的表達(dá)明顯降低,而SATB1明顯升高(P0.05)。低級(jí)別組中三者的陽(yáng)性率分別為30.0%、35.0%和75.0%;交界性囊腺瘤中分別為55.6%、50.0%和55.6%;與對(duì)照組和囊腺瘤組比較,BRMS1、RIZ1的表達(dá)明顯降低,而SATB1明顯升高(P0.05)。BRMS1、RIZ1和SATB1在低、高級(jí)別漿液性腺癌中的表達(dá)差異無顯著性(P0.05)。Kaplan-Meier單因素統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果顯示,高級(jí)別組BRMS1和RIZ1陽(yáng)性患者3、5年生存率明顯高于陰性患者,而SATB1陽(yáng)性患者生存率明顯低于陰性患者(P0.05)。低級(jí)別組中二者未見明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 BRMS1和RIZ1表達(dá)降低,SATB1表達(dá)升高,它們既參與了高級(jí)別漿液性腺癌,也參與了低級(jí)別漿液性腺癌的發(fā)生,提示不同級(jí)別漿液性腺癌的發(fā)生仍然存在一些相同的分子改變。三者表達(dá)與高級(jí)別漿液性腺癌的預(yù)后有關(guān),而與低級(jí)別漿液性腺癌無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of BRMS1,RIZ1 and SATB1 protein and its clinicopathological significance in ovarian low and high grade serous adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical Eli Vision method was used to detect the expression of BRMS1,RIZ1 and SATB1 in low-grade and high-grade serous adenocarcinoma of ovary. The relationship between the three factors and the prognosis of patients with serous adenocarcinoma was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier single factor statistics. Results the positive rates of BRMS1,RIZ1 and SATB1 protein in high grade group were 46.3% and 51.2%, respectively, and the expression of RIZ1 was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). The positive rates of BRMS1 and RIZ1 were 30.0% and 75.0% in the low grade group, 55.6% and 55.6% in the borderline cystadenoma, respectively. The expression of BRMS1 and RIZ1 in the borderline cystadenoma was significantly lower than that in the control group and the cystadenoma group, while the expression of BRMS1 RIZ1 and SATB1 was significantly increased (P0.05). BRMS1 RIZ1 and SATB1 were significantly higher in the lower grade group than in the control group and the cystadenoma group. There was no significant difference in the expression of high grade serous adenocarcinoma (P0.05). Kaplan-Meier single factor statistical analysis showed that the 3- and 5-year survival rate of BRMS1 and RIZ1 positive patients in high grade group was significantly higher than that of negative patients, while the survival rate of SATB1 positive patients was significantly lower than that of negative patients (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of BRMS1 and RIZ1 decreased and the expression of SATB1 increased. They were involved in both high grade serous adenocarcinoma and low grade serous adenocarcinoma, suggesting that there are still some same molecular changes in the occurrence of different grade serous adenocarcinoma. Their expression was related to the prognosis of high grade serous adenocarcinoma, but not to low grade serous adenocarcinoma.
