【摘要】：近30年多胎妊娠的發(fā)生率顯著增加,對于母嬰的圍產期結局產生了極大的影響。多胎妊娠減胎術通過在妊娠中減去一個或多個胎兒,避免多胎分娩,可改善妊娠結局。影響減胎術后結局的臨床因素主要為減胎孕周、手術方式、起始及最終胚胎的數量以及是否合并單絨毛膜多胎。此外,減胎術前的產前診斷對于選擇減胎對象有著準確的指導。本文就多胎妊娠減胎術現狀及影響其妊娠結局的相關臨床因素做一綜述。
[Abstract]:The incidence of more than 30 years of pregnancy has increased significantly, which has a great impact on the perinatal outcome of mother and child. Multiple pregnancy reduction can improve pregnancy outcomes by subtracting one or more fetuses from pregnancy and avoiding multiple births. The main clinical factors affecting the outcome of fetal reduction were gestational weeks, operation methods, the number of initial and final embryos and whether or not single chorionic multiple embryos were involved. In addition, prenatal diagnosis before fetal reduction has an accurate guidance for selection of attenuated objects. This article reviews the present situation of multiple pregnancy reduction and the related clinical factors affecting its pregnancy outcome.
