【摘要】：目的觀察和分析陰道炎五聯(lián)檢驗對陰道炎病原體診斷與白帶清潔度檢測的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇門診接受陰道分泌物檢查的患者260例作為研究對象,提取患者陰道分泌物標(biāo)本分別進(jìn)行陰道炎五聯(lián)檢測和常規(guī)鏡檢,對兩種方法檢測真菌性陰道炎、滴蟲性陰道炎、細(xì)菌性陰道炎和白帶清潔度的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較和分析。結(jié)果常規(guī)鏡檢法和陰道五聯(lián)檢法檢測真菌性陰道炎、滴蟲性陰道炎、白帶清潔度結(jié)果的總符合率分別為95.8%、97.7%和83.8%,兩種方法的檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,而兩種方法檢測細(xì)菌性陰道炎結(jié)果的總符合率為85.0%,陰道五聯(lián)檢法檢出率顯著高于常規(guī)鏡檢法(χ2=16.058,P0.05)。結(jié)論陰道炎五聯(lián)檢測法可提高細(xì)菌性陰道炎的檢出率,具有較高的靈敏度和特異度,可為臨床醫(yī)師制定合理的治療方案提供有價值的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the application effect of vaginitis diagnosis and leucorrhea cleanliness. Methods two hundred and sixty patients who received vaginal discharge examination in outpatient department were selected as the study objects. The vaginal secretions of the patients were examined with five combinations of vaginitis and routine microscopy respectively. The two methods were used to detect fungal vaginitis and trichomoniasis vaginitis. The results of bacterial vaginitis and leucorrhea cleanliness were compared and analyzed. Results the total coincidence rates of the results of routine microscopic examination and vaginal five combination detection for fungal vaginitis, trichomonas vaginitis and leucorrhea cleanliness were 95.897. 7% and 83. 8%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the detection rate between the two methods. The total coincidence rate of the two methods in detecting bacterial vaginitis was 85.0, and the detection rate of the combined vaginal five method was significantly higher than that of the routine microscopic examination (蠂 2 / 16.058 P 0.05). Conclusion the detection rate of bacterial vaginitis can be improved by the combined detection of vaginitis with high sensitivity and specificity. It can provide a valuable basis for clinicians to formulate a reasonable treatment plan.
