THE APPLICATION OF PDCA CYCLE IN GYNECOLOGICAL CARE AND CLINICAL TEACHING

Objective To investigate the effect of application of PDCA cycle in gynecological care and clinical teaching to fulfill clinical nursing teaching standardized. Methods 160 gynecological practice nursing students divided into two groups,the control group carried out traditional method of teaching,observation group carried out PDCA cycle method,observe the nursing students teaching effect of two groups. Results In observation group of nursing students the theory and operation test results are significantly better than that of control group,observation group nursing students' clinical practice satisfaction is higher than that the control group. Conclusion The clinical teaching quality of gynecological care applying PDCA cycle significantly improved.
