【摘要】：目的:分析替代周期凍融胚胎移植結(jié)局與移植前日血清雌二醇及孕酮水平的關(guān)系。方法:回顧性分析行替代周期凍融胚胎移植的323個(gè)周期患者的臨床資料,根據(jù)移植前日雌二醇水平分別分為5組:300 pg/m L組、300~600 pg/m L組、600~900 pg/m L組、900~1200 pg/m L組和≥1200 pg/m L組;根據(jù)移植前日孕酮水平,分為20 ng/m L組、20~40 ng/m L組、≥40 ng/m L組;比較各組間胚胎種植率及臨床妊娠率的差異。結(jié)果 :孕酮水平20 ng/m L組、20~40 ng/m L組、≥40 ng/m L組的胚胎種植率分別為:20.79%、33.88%和32.30%,臨床妊娠率分別為:32.00%、55.37%和57.89%,差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。其中孕酮水平20 ng/m L組胚胎種植率及臨床妊娠率顯著低于其余兩組(P0.05)。而不同雌二醇水平間無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :替代周期凍融胚胎移植結(jié)局可能與移植前日血清雌二醇水平無(wú)關(guān),而與孕酮水平有關(guān)。
