【摘要】：目的:探討HCG日雌激素(E_2)降低對促排卵結局的影響。方法:回顧分析2010年1月至2016年4月在福建省婦幼保健院生殖中心因注射HCG日E_2上升者791例(上升組)和E_2自然下降者485例(下降組)。將E_2下降組(B組)分為三個亞組:0△E_2≤10%,10%△E_2≤20%,△E_220%。比較各組的卵子回收率、受精率、卵裂率、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率、臨床妊娠率及流產(chǎn)率。結果:下降組的卵子回收率、卵裂率、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率均低于上升組(P0.05),兩組的臨床妊娠率和流產(chǎn)率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。HCG日雌激素下降大于20%與低卵子回收率、低卵裂率、低優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率相關(P0.05),但不影響臨床妊娠率和流產(chǎn)率。結論:HCG日E_2自發(fā)下降大于20%影響控制性超排卵的結局。
