【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)水囊填塞術(shù)在婦產(chǎn)科中的應(yīng)用療效,分析其應(yīng)用前景。方法選取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的產(chǎn)褥期大出血患者15例作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行水囊填塞術(shù)治療,分析治療療效。結(jié)果術(shù)后所有患者的大出血情況均得到了有效控制,手術(shù)平均時(shí)間為(5.25±1.04)min,滿意率為100%。結(jié)論為婦產(chǎn)科出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)后出血的患者進(jìn)行水囊填塞術(shù)治療療效安全,見(jiàn)效快,在臨床中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the curative effect of water bag tamponade in gynecology and obstetrics and analyze its application prospect. Methods from June 2014 to June 2015, 15 cases of puerperium massive hemorrhage were selected as the study object, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results the bleeding was controlled effectively in all the patients after operation, the average operation time was (5.25 鹵1.04) min, and the satisfaction rate was 100. Conclusion for the patients with postpartum hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynaecology, it is safe and effective for patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
