【摘要】：目的評價水囊填塞術在婦產(chǎn)科中的應用療效,分析其應用前景。方法選取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的產(chǎn)褥期大出血患者15例作為研究對象,進行水囊填塞術治療,分析治療療效。結果術后所有患者的大出血情況均得到了有效控制,手術平均時間為(5.25±1.04)min,滿意率為100%。結論為婦產(chǎn)科出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)后出血的患者進行水囊填塞術治療療效安全,見效快,在臨床中具有廣泛的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the curative effect of water bag tamponade in gynecology and obstetrics and analyze its application prospect. Methods from June 2014 to June 2015, 15 cases of puerperium massive hemorrhage were selected as the study object, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results the bleeding was controlled effectively in all the patients after operation, the average operation time was (5.25 鹵1.04) min, and the satisfaction rate was 100. Conclusion for the patients with postpartum hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynaecology, it is safe and effective for patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
