【摘要】：目的探討宮腔鏡聯(lián)合陰式手術(shù)治療子宮瘢痕憩室的臨床療效。方法子宮瘢痕憩室患者92例,隨機(jī)分為聯(lián)合組和對照組,各46例。對照組給予陰式修復(fù)術(shù)治療,聯(lián)合組給予宮腔鏡聯(lián)合陰式手術(shù)治療。比較兩組手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、住院時(shí)間及術(shù)后6個(gè)月經(jīng)期、生活質(zhì)量量表SF-36評分。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組手術(shù)時(shí)間明顯短于對照組,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。聯(lián)合組總有效率為100.00%,明顯高于對照組的84.78%,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者經(jīng)期均顯著縮短,生活質(zhì)量評分均顯著升高,與治療前比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);聯(lián)合組經(jīng)期明顯短于對照組,生活質(zhì)量評分均明顯高于對照組,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮腔鏡聯(lián)合陰式手術(shù)治療子宮瘢痕憩室療效確切,能顯著改善患者經(jīng)期,提升術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal operation in the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum. Methods 92 cases of uterine scar diverticulum were randomly divided into combined group and control group, 46 cases each. The control group was treated with vaginal repair and the combined group was treated with hysteroscopy combined with vaginal operation. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time and 6 months postoperation menstrual period were compared between the two groups. The SF-36 score of QOL was compared between the two groups. Results the operative time of the combined group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was 100.00g, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.78). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the menstrual period of the two groups were significantly shortened, the quality of life scores were significantly increased, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the menstrual period of the combined group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the quality of life score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion hysteroscopy combined with vaginal surgery is effective in the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum, which can significantly improve the menstrual period and improve the quality of life after operation.
