【摘要】：宮頸癌是最常見的婦科惡性腫瘤,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移是其主要的轉(zhuǎn)移途徑。淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移是判斷預(yù)后和指導(dǎo)個體化治療方案制定的重要指標(biāo),一般由淋巴結(jié)微轉(zhuǎn)移(LNM)發(fā)展而來。LNM是淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的早期階段,可作為宮頸癌的獨(dú)立預(yù)后因素。因此,及時準(zhǔn)確判斷宮頸癌患者淋巴結(jié)是否存在微轉(zhuǎn)移顯得至關(guān)重要。本文就LNM的概念、其與臨床轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系,宮頸癌LNM的主要檢測標(biāo)記物及其意義作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Cervical cancer is the most common gynecologic malignant tumor, lymph node metastasis is the main way of metastasis. Lymph node metastasis is an important index to judge prognosis and guide individual treatment plan. Generally, it is the early stage of lymph node metastasis and can be used as an independent prognostic factor of cervical cancer. Therefore, it is very important to judge whether there is micrometastasis in lymph nodes of cervical cancer patients. This article reviews the concept of LNM, its relationship with clinical metastasis, the main detection markers of LNM in cervical cancer and its significance.
