【摘要】：子癇前期的基本病理特征是母體全身血管內(nèi)皮功能障礙。有證據(jù)表明,血管生成因子、抗血管生成因子表達(dá)改變可能與子癇前期的發(fā)病有關(guān)。母血中高水平的抗血管生成因子(如s Flt-1、s Eng、AT1、HIF-1α等)可破壞血管生成因子(如VEGF、PIGF等)的生物學(xué)功能,打破血管生成因子/抗血管生成因子生理性平衡狀態(tài),造成血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能障礙,出現(xiàn)各組織細(xì)胞缺血缺氧,產(chǎn)生子癇前期臨床癥狀。多項(xiàng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),母血s Flt-1/PIGF比值變化或可預(yù)測(cè)子癇前期的發(fā)生并評(píng)估病情,但該預(yù)測(cè)值還未納入任何一項(xiàng)官方臨床指南,仍需要后續(xù)研究證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:The basic pathological feature of preeclampsia is maternal systemic vascular endothelial dysfunction. There is evidence that the expression of angiogenic factors and anti-angiogenic factors may be associated with preeclampsia. The high level of anti-angiogenic factors (such as s Flt-1 / S Eng1 / HIF-1 偽) in maternal blood can destroy the biological function of angiogenic factors (such as VEGF PIGF, etc.) and break the physiologic balance of angiogenic factors / antiangiogenic factors. Causes vascular endothelial cell dysfunction, tissue cell ischemia and hypoxia, pre-eclampsia clinical symptoms. Several studies have found that changes in maternal blood s Flt-1/PIGF ratios may predict preeclampsia and assess the condition, but this prediction has not been included in any official clinical guidelines and needs to be confirmed in subsequent studies.
