子宮肌瘤及子宮肌層中TGF-β3與FN表達的變化及意義
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of transforming growth factor (TGF)-尾 3 and fibronectin (FN) in uterine myoma and myometrium. Methods 196 patients with uterine leiomyoma were divided into atrophic group (n = 40) and unatrophic group (n = 56) according to the atrophy of leiomyoma, including 96 cases of menopause and 100 cases of unmenopause. The expressions of TGF- 尾 3 and FN in myoma and muscle wall were detected and compared by immunohistochemical method. The levels of estrogen (E2) and progesterone (P) in menopausal patients with different atrophy were detected and compared by radioimmunoassay. To analyze the correlation between TGF- 尾 3 and FN and E 2 P in menopausal patients. Results the score of TGF- 尾 3 in myoma tissue and muscle wall tissue in menopausal group was significantly lower than that in unmenopausal group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in FN score between menopausal group and unmenopausal group in myoma tissue and muscle wall tissue (P0.05). There was no significant difference in TGF- 尾 _ 3 FN score between the atrophy group and the non-atrophy group (P0.05), but the difference between the two groups was significantly higher than that in the same group (P0.05). The level of E 2 P in non atrophy group was significantly higher than that in non atrophy group (P 0.05). According to Spearman analysis, there was a positive correlation between TGF- 尾 _ 3 and E _ 2P levels in menopausal patients (r = 0.769 ~ 0.688), but there was no correlation between FN and E _ 2P level in postmenopausal patients (r = 0.106 ~ 0.211P ~ (0.2280.159). Conclusion the expression of TGF- 尾 3 in postmenopausal women with uterine leiomyoma is higher than that in myometrium and is closely related to the level of E2P, but FN has no obvious change.
