【摘要】：目的探討子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中雌激素受體(ER)、孕激素受體(PR)、p53抑癌基因(p53)、抗原Ki-67(Ki-67)的表達(dá)及與臨床預(yù)后之間的關(guān)系。方法選取2009—2014年廣州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院婦科收治的79例子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者的癌組織標(biāo)本,采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)其中ER、PR、p53、Ki-67的蛋白表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果 79例子宮內(nèi)膜癌病例中,ER、PR、p53、Ki-67陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率:87.3%、88.6%、84.8%、79.7%;ER的蛋白表達(dá)與患者預(yù)后有關(guān);PR與病理類(lèi)型、肌層浸潤(rùn)、組織分化有關(guān);p53與組織分化有關(guān);Ki-67與臨床分期、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(均P0.05)。ER與PR的表達(dá)、p53與Ki-67的表達(dá)均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ER、PR、p53、Ki-67的聯(lián)合檢測(cè)可能作為子宮內(nèi)膜癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展及臨床轉(zhuǎn)移的生物學(xué)指標(biāo)及作為判斷子宮內(nèi)膜癌惡性程度及評(píng)估預(yù)后的分子標(biāo)志物,其具體作用機(jī)制值得進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) p53 tumor suppressor gene (p53) antigen Ki-67 (Ki-67) and its relationship with clinical prognosis in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 79 specimens of endometrial carcinoma were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from 2009 to 2014, and the expression of ERPPRP53 Ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results in 79 cases of endometrial carcinoma, the positive expression rate of p53 Ki-67 was: 87.3% and 88.6% and 84.810% respectively. The expression of ER protein was related to the prognosis of the patients. The expression of ER protein was related to the prognosis of the patients with PR and pathological type, infiltration of myometrium, tissue differentiation, p53 expression, tissue differentiation, Ki-67 and clinical stage. The expression of ER and PR was positively correlated with the expression of p53 and Ki-67 (P0.05). Conclusion the combined detection of p53 Ki-67 may be a biological marker for the occurrence, development and clinical metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, as well as a molecular marker for judging the malignant degree and evaluating the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. The specific mechanism of the detection is worthy of further study.
