【摘要】：正患者,女,67歲,已婚,因體檢B超發(fā)現(xiàn)右附件包塊3月于2013年1月7日入院,患者絕經(jīng)17年,絕經(jīng)后無(wú)白帶異常、陰道流血、腹痛、腹脹、尿頻、尿痛、血尿、肛門墜脹感等。3月前體檢B超發(fā)現(xiàn)右附件直徑7 cm囊性包塊來(lái)我院婦科門診就診�；疾∫詠�(lái)精神食欲可,睡眠佳,大小便正常,體重?zé)o明顯變化。既往體健,有肩周炎病史,否認(rèn)肝炎、結(jié)核病史及過(guò)敏史,否認(rèn)手術(shù)史。月經(jīng)史:初潮16歲,5~6天/30天,經(jīng)量不多,周
[Abstract]:A 67-year-old female patient, married, was admitted to hospital on January 7, 2013 as a result of B-ultrasound examination. The patient was admitted to hospital on January 7, 2013. The patient had no abnormal leucorrhea, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, frequent urination, urinal pain, hematuria after menopause for 17 years. The right adnexal diameter of 7 cm cystic mass was found in the gynecological outpatient clinic of our hospital 3 months before the examination. Since the illness of mental appetite, good sleep, normal defecation, no significant changes in body weight. Previous health, history of shoulder periarthritis, denial of hepatitis, history of tuberculosis and allergies, denial of history of surgery.
