【摘要】：近年來(lái),尤其是自二胎政策開(kāi)放以來(lái),不孕患者數(shù)量急劇增加,并且越來(lái)越多的不孕癥夫婦將IVF-ET技術(shù)作為他們生育的最終選擇。但是在IVF-ET技術(shù)中各種促排卵藥物的使用不僅影響了卵子的發(fā)育,同時(shí)也影響了內(nèi)源性激素的平衡協(xié)調(diào),從而干擾子宮內(nèi)膜的正常發(fā)育和與胚胎發(fā)育的同步性,降低了子宮內(nèi)膜的容受性,導(dǎo)致IVF-ET的種植率明顯下降,這也明顯制約了輔助生殖技術(shù)的發(fā)展,因此提高IVF-ET種植率是生殖界需要迫切解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially since the opening of the two-child policy, the number of infertile patients has increased dramatically, and more infertile couples regard IVF-ET technology as their final choice. However, the use of various ovulation drugs in IVF-ET not only affects the development of eggs, but also affects the balance and coordination of endogenous hormones, which interferes with the normal development of endometrium and synchronization with embryonic development. The implantation rate of IVF-ET decreased obviously, which also restricted the development of assisted reproductive technology. Therefore, increasing the implantation rate of IVF-ET is an urgent problem to be solved in reproductive field.
