【摘要】：目的觀察子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血的效果。方法收取我院剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血患者80例,并將剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血患者分為兩組,選取2011年11月~2014年6月,對(duì)照組患者采用傳統(tǒng)方式治療,觀察組患者采用子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)治療。結(jié)果觀察組剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血患者治療后產(chǎn)后出血量(652.17±20.35)ml、手術(shù)所需時(shí)間(50.11±3.28)min優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者,觀察組剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血患者的總有效率90.00%高于對(duì)照組,觀察組治療后再次產(chǎn)后出血發(fā)生率2.50%低于對(duì)照組患者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血具有良好的效果,值得臨床進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of uterine band suture for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Eighty patients with postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section in our hospital were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated by traditional treatment from November 2011 to June 2014, and the patients in the observation group were treated by uterine strap suture. Results the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the time required for operation were (652.17 鹵20.35) ml and (50.11 鹵3.28) min, respectively. The total effective rate of patients with postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section in the observation group was 90.00% higher than that in the control group. The incidence of recurrent postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 2.50% lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion uterine band suture is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to cesarean section and is worthy of further clinical application.
