【摘要】：目的調(diào)查年輕女性癌癥患者生育憂慮現(xiàn)狀,并分析其影響因素。方法采用一般資料調(diào)查表及中文版癌癥后生育憂慮量表對(duì)380名年輕女性癌癥患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果年輕女性癌癥患者生育憂慮總分為(57.26±8.340)分;年輕女性癌癥患者的文化程度、子女?dāng)?shù)、生育意愿及癌癥類型進(jìn)入生育憂慮的回歸方程,能夠解釋總變異的35.0%;其中回歸分析顯示,癌癥類型的3個(gè)虛擬變量中,甲狀腺癌患者與乳腺癌患者相比,其生育憂慮水平為低(β=-0.151,t=-2.499,P=0.013);而婦科惡性腫瘤及大腸癌患者與乳腺癌患者的生育憂慮水平無(wú)差異。結(jié)論年輕女性癌癥患者的生育憂慮水平較高,個(gè)體文化程度、子女?dāng)?shù)、生育意愿及癌癥類型是影響生育憂慮的重要因素,醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)針對(duì)影響因素采取有效的心理干預(yù)策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of reproductive anxiety in young women with cancer and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 380 young women with cancer were investigated by general information questionnaire and Chinese version postcancer fertility anxiety scale. Results the total score of reproductive anxiety in young female cancer patients was (57.26 鹵8.340). The regression equation of educational level, number of children, fertility intention and cancer type of young female cancer patients could explain 35.0% of the total variation. Among the three fictitious variables of cancer type, the fertility anxiety level of thyroid cancer patients was lower than that of breast cancer patients (尾 -0.151), but there was no difference between gynecological malignancy and colorectal cancer patients and breast cancer patients. Conclusion the reproductive anxiety level of young female cancer patients is high, the level of individual education, the number of children, fertility intention and cancer type are the important factors affecting fertility anxiety. The medical staff should take effective psychological intervention strategies against the influencing factors.
