【摘要】：目的調(diào)查不同年齡陰道炎患者陰道分泌物清潔度、念珠菌、滴蟲和線索細(xì)胞的檢出情況。方法對2013年1月-12月在浙江蕭山醫(yī)院婦科門診就診的18 748例陰道炎患者陰道分泌物檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行回顧性分析,患者分為5個年齡組,數(shù)據(jù)分析采用X2檢驗。結(jié)果清潔度Ⅰ~Ⅳ度檢出率分別為2.92%、36.87%、42.85%和17.67%;念珠菌、滴蟲和線索細(xì)胞檢出率分別為15.7%、1.56%、8.01%;清潔度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度總檢出率以20歲及以下年齡組最高(69.4%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ度總檢出率以51歲及以上年齡組最高(70.27%),其中21~30歲年齡組清潔度Ⅲ度和念珠菌檢出率均最高,51歲及以上年齡組清潔度Ⅳ度檢出率最高;41~50歲年齡組滴蟲和線索細(xì)胞檢出率均最高。結(jié)論浙江蕭山地區(qū)女性陰道炎防治現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,不同年齡患者因生理因素和個人行為因素不同導(dǎo)致感染現(xiàn)況存在較大差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection of vaginal discharge cleanliness, candida, trichomonas and clue cells in patients with vaginitis of different ages.
