【摘要】：目的建立評(píng)價(jià)孕婦凝血功能血栓彈力圖(TEG)正常值參考范圍。方法按照懷孕與否與體檢結(jié)果將166名孕婦和64名未孕健康婦女分別納入懷孕組和非懷孕(對(duì)照)組,檢測(cè)其TEG值、傳統(tǒng)凝血指標(biāo)值;分析比較2組婦女TEG各參數(shù),對(duì)存在差異的參數(shù)建立參考值范圍。進(jìn)一步分析足月妊娠對(duì)TEG結(jié)果的影響;對(duì)孕婦傳統(tǒng)凝血指標(biāo)與TEG檢測(cè)結(jié)果做相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果孕婦和健康未孕婦女的傳統(tǒng)凝血指標(biāo)和TEG檢測(cè)結(jié)果存在明顯不同,根據(jù)結(jié)果建立的新的TEG參考范圍:R 3.9-7.5 min,K 1.0-2.4 min,α57.6°-74.9°,MA 55.7-75.7 mm,LY30 0-0.56%,CI(-0.97)-3.6。足月妊娠對(duì)TEG結(jié)果無明顯影響。除LY30外,孕婦TEG其他參數(shù)均與傳統(tǒng)凝血指標(biāo)具有一定的相關(guān)性。結(jié)論一般人群的TEG參考值范圍不適用于孕婦;建立起的孕婦TEG正常值參考范圍可應(yīng)用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a reference range for evaluating the normal value of thromboelastography (TEG) in pregnant women. Methods 166 pregnant women and 64 non-pregnant healthy women were divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnant (control) group according to the results of pregnancy and physical examination, the TEG value and the traditional coagulation index value were measured, and the parameters of TEG were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Establish a range of reference values for different parameters. The effect of term pregnancy on the results of TEG was further analyzed, and the correlation between the traditional coagulation parameters and the results of TEG was analyzed. Results there were significant differences between the traditional coagulation indexes and the test results of TEG in pregnant women and healthy non-pregnant women. According to the results, a new reference range of TEG: 1: R 3.9-7.5 min K 1.0-2.4 min, 偽 57.6 擄-74.9 擄MA 55.7-75.7 mm LY30 0-0.56 CI (-0.97) -3.6 was established. Term pregnancy had no significant effect on the outcome of TEG. With the exception of LY30, the other parameters of TEG in pregnant women were correlated with the traditional coagulation parameters. Conclusion the reference range of TEG in general population is not suitable for pregnant women, and the normal reference range of TEG for pregnant women can be used in clinic.
