【摘要】：目的:探討Ets-1在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的表達(dá)及其與臨床分期、病理分級(jí)、分型及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法:免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜癌及正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織中Ets-1表達(dá),熒光原位雜交法檢測(cè)Ets-1 mRNA表達(dá)。結(jié)果:子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中Ets-1蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為88.8%,高于正常子宮內(nèi)膜。子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中Ets-1表達(dá)與臨床病理分期、肌層浸潤(rùn)與病理分級(jí)有關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Ets-1與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床分期、病理分級(jí)、轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the expression of Ets-1 in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinical stage, pathological classification, classification and prognosis. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Ets-1 in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium, and the expression of Ets-1 mRNA was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Results: the positive expression of Ets-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue was expressed. The rate was 88.8%, higher than that of normal endometrium. Ets-1 expression in endometrial carcinoma and clinicopathological stages, myometrium infiltration and pathological grading were associated with statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: Ets-1 is closely related to the clinical staging, pathological classification and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
