【摘要】：神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤占宮頸癌的1%~3%。雖然罕見,但是一種較其他宮頸癌侵襲性更強的病理類型。至今,沒有針對該疾病的前瞻性的研究來指導(dǎo)該疾病的診斷和治療。美國婦科腫瘤學(xué)會(SGO)和國際婦科腫瘤協(xié)會(GCIG)基于現(xiàn)有的回顧性文獻(xiàn)和專家經(jīng)驗發(fā)表了該疾病的診治指南。目前的研究主要集中在進(jìn)一步明確最佳治療方案,明確腫瘤的分子機制以尋求新的治療方法。文章目的在于復(fù)習(xí)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)目前推薦的診療方法,建議可行的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Neuroendocrine tumors account for 1 and 3 parts of cervical cancer. Rare, but a more invasive pathological type than other cervical cancer. To date, there is no prospective study of the disease to guide the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The American Society of Gynecological Oncology (SGO) and the International Society of Gynecological Oncology (GCIG) have published guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease based on existing retrospective literature and expert experience. Current studies have focused on identifying the best treatment options and the molecular mechanisms of cancer in search of new treatments. The purpose of this paper is to review the literature, summarize the current recommended diagnosis and treatment methods and suggest feasible research directions.
