【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,40歲,因腹痛伴腰骶部脹痛1+月入院。既往體健,無(wú)甾體類(lèi)激素服藥史,月經(jīng)規(guī)律,無(wú)惡性腫瘤家族史。查體:T 36.5℃,R 19/min,P 84/min,BP 103/76 mm Hg,心肺未查見(jiàn)陽(yáng)性體征。下腹微膨隆,下腹部捫及一大小約18 cm×12 cm包塊,囊實(shí)性,有壓痛。婦科檢查:外陰發(fā)育正常,已婚已產(chǎn)型,陰道通暢,分泌物稍多,黏膜光滑;宮頸輕度糜爛,宮頸口偏于
