【摘要】：正患者,56歲,因絕經(jīng)后間斷陰道流血伴下腹痛4月余,發(fā)熱1月余就診�；颊呓^經(jīng)5年,于4月前出現(xiàn)陰道少量流血,色鮮紅,持續(xù)1周后血止未予重視。3月前再次出現(xiàn)陰道流血,量少,伴下腹痛、惡心,疼痛呈陣發(fā)性發(fā)作。當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行超聲檢查提示:子宮大小約89mm×90mm×72mm,輪廓清,形態(tài)規(guī)則,子宮肌層回聲不均;內(nèi)膜清晰,厚10 mm,回聲均勻,
[Abstract]:A 56-year-old patient with postmenopausal discontinuous vaginal bleeding with lower abdominal pain for more than 4 months and fever for more than 1 month. After 5 years of menopause, a small amount of vaginal bleeding appeared before 4 months, with a bright red color. After a week of continuous bleeding, no attention was paid to it. Three months before the onset of vaginal bleeding, the volume of vaginal bleeding was less, accompanied by lower abdominal pain, nausea, pain and paroxysmal attack. Ultrasound examination in the local hospital showed that the uterus was about 89mm 脳 90mm 脳 72mm in size, clear in outline, regular in shape, uneven in echo in myometrium, clear in intima, 10 mm in thickness and homogeneous in echo.
