妊娠期糖尿病對初次妊娠及再次妊娠骨密度的影響

【摘要】:目的研究妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕婦初次妊娠和再次妊娠的骨密度(body mineral density,BMD)情況。方法回顧性病例分析,入組單胎經產婦200人,其中100人初次妊娠診斷GDM,為GDM組,另100人初次妊娠血糖正常,為對照組。查詢所有孕婦初次妊娠早孕期超聲骨密度結果,產褥期骨密度情況,及再次妊娠早孕期骨密度情況。結果初次妊娠GDM組早孕期BMD與對照組無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),產褥期BMD與對照組無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),再次妊娠GDM組早孕期BMD與對照組無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。GDM產婦初次妊娠產褥期BMD與早孕期相比下降,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而對照組初次妊娠產褥期BMD與早孕期相比無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。結論 GDM引起孕期骨密度下降,應加強管理,減少骨質疏松的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bone mineral density (BMD) of (gestational diabetes mellitusus gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) pregnant women during the first and second trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 women with single pregnancy was made, of which 100 were diagnosed as GDM for the first time, and 100 as the control group with normal blood glucose in the first trimester. The results of ultrasound bone mineral density (BMD) during the first trimester and puerperium and the BMD during the first trimester of pregnancy were investigated. Results there was no significant difference in BMD between the GDM group and the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the puerperium group and the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in BMD between the GDM group and the control group (P0.05). Compared with the early pregnancy, The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in BMD between the first pregnancy and early pregnancy in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion BMD decreased during pregnancy due to GDM, so the management should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.
