【摘要】：目前,全國范圍內(nèi)正在開展兩項大規(guī)模的調(diào)查研究:《全國分娩調(diào)查》和《中國產(chǎn)程研究》。其目的包括:(1)描述中國目前的產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥及剖宮產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,找出剖宮產(chǎn)的主要影響因素。(2)描述目前中國產(chǎn)婦的產(chǎn)程進展情況,為制定中國的產(chǎn)程標準提供理論依據(jù)。(3)探索產(chǎn)程延長或停滯時剖宮產(chǎn)的最佳時間。文章就《全國分娩調(diào)查》和《中國產(chǎn)程研究》的目的,具體的實施方案和研究的意義等內(nèi)容進行闡述。
[Abstract]:At present, two large-scale investigations are being carried out nationwide: the National Labor Survey and the study of Labor process in China. Its aims are: (1) to describe the current situation of obstetric complications and cesarean section in China, and to find out the main influencing factors of cesarean section. (2) to describe the progress of labor process in Chinese women. To provide the theoretical basis for the formulation of the standard of labor process in China. (3) to explore the best time for cesarean section when the labor process is prolonged or stagnated. The purpose, implementation plan and significance of the National Labor Survey and the study of Labor process in China are discussed in this paper.
