【摘要】：目的研究巨細胞病毒(CMV)感染對妊娠患者調節(jié)性免疫細胞的作用。方法收集2015年5月-2016年9月來醫(yī)院就診妊娠患者的臨床資料,抗原pp65檢測陰性的30例患者為對照組;抗原pp65檢測陽性的30例患者為CMV感染組,采用梯度離心方法分離患者外周血淋巴細胞,CD_4、CD_(25)和Foxp_3流式抗體標記調節(jié)性T細胞(Treg細胞);CD_(19)和TGF-β流式抗體標記調節(jié)性B細胞(Breg細胞);CD_4、CXCR_5和Foxp_3流式抗體標記濾泡調節(jié)性T細胞(Tfr細胞)。結果 CMV感染組CD_4~+CD_(25)~+Foxp_3~+的Treg細胞比例顯著低于對照組,下降了31.9%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);CMV感染組CD_(19)~+TGF-β~+的Breg細胞比例顯著低于對照組,下降了78.5%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);CMV感染組中CD_4~+CXCR_5~+Foxp_3~+的Tfr細胞比例顯著低于對照組,下降了65.1%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 CMV感染后,妊娠患者體內Treg細胞、Breg細胞和Tfr細胞等調節(jié)性免疫細胞的比例均顯著下降,可能對胎兒的生長發(fā)育造成影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection on regulatory immune cells in pregnant women. Methods from May 2015 to September 2016, the clinical data of pregnant women who came to hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were collected. CD4CXCR5 and FoxpS3 flow antibody labeled regulatory T cells (Treg cells) and TGF- 尾 labeled regulatory B cells (Breg cells) were isolated from peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients by gradient centrifugation. Results in CMV infected group, the percentage of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ 3 ~ Treg cells in CMV infected group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05). The percentage of CD19 ~ TGF- 尾 ~ Breg cells in CMV infected group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the percentage of CD19 ~ TGF- 尾 ~ cells in CMV infected group was significantly lower than that in control group. The percentage of Tfr cells of CD4 ~ CXCR-5- Foxp3 ~ in CMV infected group was significantly lower than that in control group, and decreased by 65.1, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion after CMV infection, the percentage of regulatory immune cells such as Treg cells and Tfr cells in pregnant women decreased significantly, which may affect the growth and development of fetuses.
