【摘要】：目的觀察一次性無(wú)紡布鋪巾與傳統(tǒng)紡織布類鋪巾對(duì)剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)切口感染的影響。方法選取醫(yī)院2016年1-3月符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)產(chǎn)婦248例,分為2組,試驗(yàn)組124例使用一次性無(wú)紡布鋪巾,對(duì)照組124例使用傳統(tǒng)紡織布類鋪巾;在手術(shù)開(kāi)始劃皮前、后及手術(shù)結(jié)束縫皮前提取切口表面涂擦液,送細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)觀察菌落數(shù)量及種類,觀察術(shù)中出血、羊水對(duì)切口周圍鋪巾的影響,術(shù)后3~5d隨訪術(shù)后切口愈合情況。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組在手術(shù)開(kāi)始劃皮前、后切口表面涂擦液菌落生長(zhǎng)數(shù)均為0,手術(shù)結(jié)束縫皮前切口表面涂擦液菌落生長(zhǎng)數(shù)試驗(yàn)組1例,對(duì)照組2例,兩組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;試驗(yàn)組在關(guān)腹時(shí)由于無(wú)紡布洞巾安置不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致術(shù)中血液及羊水外滲5例,對(duì)照組關(guān)腹時(shí)切口周圍敷料全部浸濕,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論一次性無(wú)紡布鋪巾與傳統(tǒng)紡織布類鋪巾對(duì)剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)切口感染無(wú)直接影響,但對(duì)切口周圍敷料的浸濕或者外滲程度的影響有差異,因此要采取合理措施加強(qiáng)剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)切口感染的綜合預(yù)防控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of disposable non-woven towel and traditional textile cloth on incision infection in cesarean section. Methods 248 cases of cesarean section women in hospital from January to January 2016 were divided into two groups. 124 cases in the test group were given disposable non-woven cloth towel, and 124 cases in the control group were treated with traditional textile cloth. After and before the operation, the surface of the incision was extracted and smeared, the number and type of colony were observed by bacterial culture, the effect of bleeding and amniotic fluid on the tissue laying around the incision was observed, and the wound healing was followed up for 3 days and 5 days after operation. Results the number of colony growth was 0 in the experimental group and in the control group before the beginning of the operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the experimental group (1 case) and the control group (2 cases). There were 5 cases of extravasation of blood and amniotic fluid due to improper placement of non-woven tissue during abdominal closure in the test group, while all dressing around incision in the control group was soaked at the time of abdominal closure, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion there is no direct effect on incision infection in cesarean section between disposable non-woven cloth and traditional textile cloth, but there is a difference on the degree of wetting or exosmosis of dressing around the incision. Therefore, reasonable measures should be taken to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of incision infection in cesarean section.
