【摘要】：正1病例簡介孕婦26歲,孕1產(chǎn)0,孕24周,無遺傳性家族病史。超聲檢查見胎兒左側(cè)胸腔79 mm×64 mm×49 mm均質(zhì)高回聲,邊界清,最寬處內(nèi)徑約2.9 mm。彩色多普勒血流顯像示其內(nèi)未見血流信號,另可見內(nèi)部分支狀血流信號;左肺動脈向內(nèi)延伸,左肺靜脈回流至左心房;右肺受壓,大小約19 mm×14 mm×24 mm,其內(nèi)探及右肺動靜脈血流信號。胎兒
[Abstract]:Case 1: 26 years old, 0 gestation, 24 weeks gestation, no hereditary family history. Ultrasonic examination showed that the left thoracic cavity of the fetus was 79 mm 脳 64 mm 脳 49 mm homogeneous and hyperechoic, the boundary was clear, and the internal diameter at the widest part was about 2.9 mm. Color Doppler flow imaging showed that there was no blood flow signal in the left pulmonary artery, the left pulmonary artery extended inward, the left pulmonary vein returned to the left atrium, and the right lung was under pressure.
