【摘要】：正患者女,49歲。以"陣發(fā)腹痛20年,發(fā)現(xiàn)子宮壁囊腫3個(gè)月"入院。患者20年前無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)陣發(fā)性腹痛,每次持續(xù)約0.5~1d,可忍受,未診療。3個(gè)月前因腰痛至當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,彩超檢查示:宮底肌壁間可探及大小約25 mm×11mm的無(wú)回聲團(tuán),邊界清,形態(tài)規(guī)則。遂給予口服藥物治療3個(gè)月(具體用藥不詳),25d前復(fù)查彩超顯示包塊增大至48mm×44mm,癥狀無(wú)明顯緩解,為求進(jìn)一步診治
[Abstract]:A woman, 49 years old, was admitted to the hospital with "abdominal pain for 20 years and 3 months of uterine wall cyst". The patient had no apparent cause of paroxysmal abdominal pain 20 years ago. It lasted about 0.5~1d each time. It was tolerable and had been diagnosed as a local hospital for.3 months before the treatment. The color Doppler ultrasonography showed that the wall of the fundus muscle could be explored with the size of about 25 mm x 11mm, and the boundary was clear. Form rule. Then give oral medication for 3 months (specific medication is not detailed). Before 25d, the color Doppler ultrasound examination showed that the masses were increased to 48mm x 44mm, and the symptoms were not relieved, so as to seek further diagnosis and treatment.
