【摘要】：目的觀察子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA(lncRNA)ANRIL的表達(dá)變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者40例(觀察組),均行子宮切除術(shù),術(shù)中留取子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織;另選擇因陰道異常出血行宮腔鏡刮宮活檢或因子宮肌瘤行全子宮切除術(shù)的患者40例(對(duì)照組),術(shù)中留取正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織標(biāo)本。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測(cè)兩組組織ANRIL,分析ANRIL表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果觀察組、對(duì)照組組織中ANRIL的相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為19.89(5.26,61.42)和6.08(1.62,27.79),兩者相比,P0.05。觀察組病理分級(jí)為Ⅰ+Ⅱ級(jí)、Ⅲ級(jí)組織中ANRIL的相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為6.12(1.58,24.65)、15.21(6.12,59.73),兩者相比,P0.05。ANRIL表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者年齡、FIGO病理分期及有無(wú)盆腔淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、是否合并高血壓、糖尿病、雌激素及孕激素水平均無(wú)關(guān)(P均0.05)。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中ANRIL表達(dá)升高,ANRIL可能參與了子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of ANRIL expression in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma (observation group) were treated with hysterectomy. Another 40 patients (control group) who underwent hysteroscopic curettage biopsy or hysteromyoma hysterectomy due to abnormal vaginal bleeding were selected. The relationship between ANRIL expression and clinicopathologic parameters of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results the relative expression levels of ANRIL in the observation group and control group were 19.89 (5.2651.42) and 6.08 (1.62P 27.79), respectively. In the observation group, the relative expression of ANRIL was 6.12 (1.5824.65) and 15.21 (6.1259.73) respectively. The expression of ANRIL was higher than that of P0.05. ANRIL expression and Figo pathological stage and pelvic lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial carcinoma. The levels of estrogen and progesterone were not significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the increased expression of ANRIL in endometrial carcinoma may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
