【摘要】：目的探討子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者組織miR-95表達(dá)與臨床病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者手術(shù)標(biāo)本90例,以癌旁組織標(biāo)本作為正常對照,應(yīng)用原位雜交(ISH)及實時熒光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)檢測子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者組織及癌旁組織中miR-95的表達(dá)水平,分析miR-95表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌臨床病理特征及患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果與癌旁組織相比,子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中的miR-95表達(dá)水平較高(P0.05);在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中,miR-95的表達(dá)在有無盆腔淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、不同肌層浸潤深度及國際婦產(chǎn)科聯(lián)盟(FIGO)分期中存在顯著差異(P0.05),而在不同年齡段、是否絕經(jīng)、不同腫瘤類型、病理類型以及分化程度中無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析顯示,miR-95表達(dá)越高患者生存率越低(P0.05)。結(jié)論 miR-95可作為子宮內(nèi)膜癌預(yù)后預(yù)測及治療的潛在靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between miR-95 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods the expression of miR-95 in endometrial carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by in situ hybridization (ish) and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). To analyze the relationship between miR-95 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Results the expression of miR-95 in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in paracancerous tissue (P0.05), and the expression of miR-95 in endometrial carcinoma was found in pelvic lymph node metastasis. There were significant differences in the depth of myometrial infiltration and in the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Figo) stages (P0.05). There was no statistical difference in pathological type and differentiation (P0.05) .Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the higher the expression of miR-95, the lower the survival rate (P0.05). Conclusion miR-95 may be a potential target for prognosis prediction and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
