【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激治療女性慢性盆腔痛及痛經(jīng)的療效。方法 52例慢性盆腔痛或痛經(jīng)患者,每周進(jìn)行1次經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激治療,8次為一療程。疼痛程度的量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用視覺模擬評(píng)分法(visual analogue scoring,VAS),評(píng)價(jià)治療前后患者的疼痛評(píng)分及生活質(zhì)量的評(píng)分變化,并隨訪至治療結(jié)束后2個(gè)月。結(jié)果 52例患者治療前的疼痛VAS評(píng)分為(6.1±1.7)分,高于治療結(jié)束時(shí)(3.1±1.3)分、治療結(jié)束后1個(gè)月為(3.1±1.1)分及治療結(jié)束后2個(gè)月為(3.4±1.0)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.034、0.045、0.019)。治療結(jié)束時(shí),治愈率15.4%(8/52)、有效率76.9%(40/52)、無效率7.7%(4/52)。治療結(jié)束后1個(gè)月,8例治愈的患者中5例再次疼痛,40例治療有效的患者中1例疼痛進(jìn)展。治療結(jié)束后2個(gè)月患者的療效與治療結(jié)束后1個(gè)月相比無明顯變化。無效組患者治療前的疼痛評(píng)分(8.3±2.2)分高于治愈組(5.1±0.8)分及有效組(6.1±1.6)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.041、0.026)�；颊咧委熃Y(jié)束后的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于治療前,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。所有患者治療過程中均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論經(jīng)皮穴位電刺激能顯著地改善女性慢性盆腔痛或痛經(jīng)患者的疼痛評(píng)分及生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分,且無嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。治療效果與患者治療前的疼痛評(píng)分相關(guān),治療結(jié)束后的長(zhǎng)期療效仍有待探討。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on chronic pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea in women. Methods 52 patients with chronic pelvic pain or dysmenorrhea were treated with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation once a week for 8 times as a course of treatment. Visual analogue score (visual analogue) was used to evaluate the changes of pain score and quality of life (QOL) before and after treatment. The patients were followed up until 2 months after treatment. Results the VAS score of 52 patients before treatment was (6.1 鹵1.7), higher than that at the end of treatment (3.1 鹵1.3), and was (3.1 鹵1.1) at 1 month after treatment and (3.4 鹵1.0) at 2 months after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P = 0.034, 0.0450.019, respectively). At the end of the treatment, the cure rate was 15.4% (8 / 52), the effective rate was 76.9% (40 / 52), and the ineffective rate was 7.7% (4 / 52). One month after treatment, 5 of 8 cured patients had repain and 1 of 40 effective patients had pain progression. There was no significant difference between 2 months after treatment and 1 month after treatment. The score of pain in the ineffective group (8.3 鹵2.2) was higher than that in the cured group (5.1 鹵0.8) and the effective group (6.1 鹵1.6), the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.041 鹵0.026). The quality of life score after treatment was higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed in all patients during the course of treatment. Conclusion Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can significantly improve the score of pain and quality of life of female patients with chronic pelvic pain or dysmenorrhea without serious adverse reactions. The effect of treatment is related to patients' pain score before treatment, and the long-term curative effect remains to be explored after the end of treatment.
