【摘要】：目的觀察活血化瘀方聯(lián)合米非司酮治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 174例采用藥物保守治療的子宮肌瘤患者隨機分為研究組和對照組,對照組(86例)給予米非司酮,研究組(88例)額外給予自擬活血化瘀方,療程3月。比較2組子宮和肌瘤體積、臨床癥狀、臨床療效、孕激素(P)的改變。結(jié)果與治療前比,2組子宮體和肌瘤的體積均明顯縮小(P0.05),研究組與對照組比,P0.05。研究組白帶增多、月經(jīng)異常、經(jīng)期腹痛的有效率都明顯高于對照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組總有效率為96.59%(85/88),明顯高于對照組的81.40%(70/86),差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組治療后的P水平明顯下降,與治療前比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),研究組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論活血化瘀方聯(lián)合米非司酮治療子宮肌瘤能更明顯提高臨床療效、改善臨床癥狀、縮小肌瘤體積,并且對孕激素的抑制作用更為顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with mifepristone in treating uterine leiomyoma. Methods 174 patients with uterine leiomyoma treated with drug conservative therapy were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 86) and the control group (n = 86). The study group (n = 88) was treated with self-made Huoxue Huayu recipe for 3 months. The changes of uterine and myoma volume, clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy and progesterone (P) were compared between the two groups. Results compared with before treatment, the volume of uterine body and leiomyoma in the two groups were significantly reduced (P0.05), and that in the study group and control group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The effective rate of leucorrhea, abnormal menstruation and abdominal pain in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.59% (85 / 88), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.40%) (70 / 86). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve clinical symptoms, reduce the volume of myoma, and the inhibitory effect of progesterone is more significant.
