生長分化因子15蛋白在宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變和鱗癌中的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:目的:探討生長分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)蛋白在宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)和鱗癌中的表達(dá)及其在宮頸鱗癌發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的意義。方法 :采用免疫組織化學(xué)法分別檢測(cè)45例宮頸癌(宮頸癌組),90例CIN(CIN1、CIN2、CIN3各30例),30例正常宮頸組織(對(duì)照組)的GDF-15的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果 :GDF-15在對(duì)照組、CIN組、宮頸癌組的陽性率分別為10.0%(3/30)、45.6%(41/90)和80.0%(36/45),CIN組中,陽性率CIN1組為26.7%(8/30),CIN2組為53.3%(16/30),CIN3組為56.7%(17/30)。統(tǒng)計(jì)發(fā)現(xiàn)GDF-15在CIN組中陽性表達(dá)率明顯高于對(duì)照組中的表達(dá)(Z=870.0,P=0.000),CIN2和CIN3的陽性表達(dá)率均明顯高于CIN1(分別Z=330.0,P=0.037;Z=315.0,P=0.019),宮頸癌組中的陽性率明顯高于CIN3組(Z=-2.16,P=0.031)。結(jié)論:GDF-15蛋白在正常宮頸組織、CIN、宮頸鱗癌中隨著宮頸病變的進(jìn)展其陽性表達(dá)率呈明顯上升趨勢(shì),檢測(cè)GDF-15表達(dá)可能有助于預(yù)測(cè)宮頸高度病變的轉(zhuǎn)歸。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cin) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and its significance in the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods: the expression of GDF-15 in 45 cases of cervical carcinoma (cervical carcinoma group) and 90 cases of cin (30 cases of cin 1 CIN2CIN3) and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue (control group) were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results in the control group, the positive rates were 10.0% (3 / 30), 45.6% (41 / 90) and 80.0% (36 / 45), respectively. The positive rate of CIN1 group was 26.7% (830 / 830), and the positive rate of CIN2 group was 53.3% (16 / 30) CIN3 group was 56.7% (17 / 30). The positive expression rate of GDF-15 in cin group was significantly higher than that in control group (Zn870.0P0. 000), CIN2 and CIN3 expression rates were significantly higher than that in CIN1 group (Zn3333. 0. 037, Zn315.0 Pn0. 019), and the positive rate of GDF-15 in cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that in CIN3 group (Zn2. 16P0. 031). The positive rate of GDF-15 in cin group was significantly higher than that in CIN3 group (ZN3 group), and the positive rate of CIN3 group was significantly higher than that of CIN3 group. Conclusion the positive expression rate of VGDF-15 protein in normal cervical tissue and cervical squamous cell carcinoma is obviously increasing with the development of cervical lesions. The detection of GDF-15 expression may be helpful to predict the outcome of cervical hyperpathic lesions.
