【摘要】:目的:建立宮腔粘連大鼠模型,觀察子宮內(nèi)膜胞飲突的發(fā)育和整合素β3的表達(dá),探討宮腔粘連對(duì)子宮內(nèi)膜容受性的影響。方法:選取健康SD大鼠30只,將每只大鼠左側(cè)子宮作為模型組(宮腔注入95%無(wú)水乙醇,持續(xù)5min),右側(cè)子宮作為對(duì)照組(注入等量生理鹽水)。術(shù)后兩個(gè)動(dòng)情周期取子宮,光鏡觀察子宮內(nèi)膜形態(tài)學(xué)變化及纖維化程度,掃描電鏡觀察大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜胞飲突的發(fā)育情況,免疫組化法檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜整合素β3表達(dá)。結(jié)果:模型組大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜明顯變薄,上皮細(xì)胞排列紊亂,間質(zhì)內(nèi)膠原纖維增多,子宮內(nèi)膜纖維化評(píng)分為(4.69±0.22)分,明顯高于對(duì)照組。掃描電鏡觀察,對(duì)照組大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜可見(jiàn)大量發(fā)育完全的胞飲突,而模型組子宮內(nèi)膜胞飲突分布稀少,表面皺縮,發(fā)育不同步。模型組的整合素β3表達(dá)明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:注射無(wú)水乙醇可建立穩(wěn)定的大鼠宮腔粘連動(dòng)物模型,抑制子宮內(nèi)膜胞飲突和整合素β3表達(dá),降低子宮內(nèi)膜的容受性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish a rat model of intrauterine adhesion, to observe the development of endometrial cell processes and the expression of integrin 尾 3, and to explore the effect of uterine adhesion on endometrial receptivity. Methods: 30 healthy SD rats were selected. The left uterus of each rat was used as the model group (95% anhydrous alcohol was injected into the uterine cavity for 5 min) and the right uterus was used as the control group (injected with the same amount of normal saline). The changes of endometrium morphology and the degree of fibrosis were observed by light microscope, the development of the ectopic process of endometrium was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the expression of integrin 尾 3 in endometrium was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results: in the model group, the endometrium became thinner, the epithelial cells arranged disorderly, the collagen fibers in the interstitial increased, and the endometrial fibrosis score was 4.69 鹵0.22), which was significantly higher than that in the control group. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that a large number of fully developed ectopic processes were observed in the endometrium of the control group, while in the model group, the distribution of the ectopic process was rare, the surface of the endometrium shrank, and the development of the endometrium was not synchronous. The expression of integrin 尾 3 in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: injection of anhydrous ethanol can establish a stable rat model of intrauterine adhesion, inhibit the expression of ectopic and integrin 尾 3 in endometrium, and decrease the receptivity of endometrium.
