【摘要】：目的觀察蔗糖鐵靜脈注射治療晚期妊娠中度缺鐵性貧血的臨床療效。方法將96例晚期妊娠中度貧血患者隨機(jī)分為兩組各48例,觀察組靜脈注射蔗糖鐵,對(duì)照組口服復(fù)方硫酸亞鐵葉酸片,治療4周。治療前后取靜脈血檢測(cè)血紅蛋白(Hb)、紅細(xì)胞壓積(Hct)、血清鐵蛋白(SF)、血清轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白飽和度(TSAT)及肝腎功能,記錄治療期間不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果兩組治療前外周血Hb、Hct、SF、TSAT水平比較,P均0.05;兩組治療后外周血Hb、Hct、SF、TSAT水平較治療前升高,且觀察組治療后外周血Hb、Hct、SF、TSAT水平高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。治療前后,兩組肝腎功能均正常。治療期間觀察組出現(xiàn)瘙癢1例,對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)惡心2例、腹瀉1例,臨床癥狀輕微未影響妊娠,兩組不良反應(yīng)比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論蔗糖鐵靜脈注射治療晚期妊娠中度貧血安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of sucrose iron intravenous injection in the treatment of moderate iron deficiency anemia in late pregnancy. Methods Ninety-six patients with moderate anemia in late pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups: 48 patients in each group were treated with sucrose iron intravenously and the control group were treated with compound folic acid sulfate tablets for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the levels of HB, HCT, SFD, TSAT and liver and kidney function were measured, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results the levels of TSAT in peripheral blood of the two groups before and after treatment were both 0.05, and the TSAT levels of hbhctttir hcttit in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the TSAT levels of hbhctttir in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment (P = 0.05, P = 0.05, respectively), and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P > 0.05). Before and after treatment, both liver and kidney function were normal. There were 1 case of pruritus in the observation group, 2 cases of nausea and 1 case of diarrhea in the control group during the treatment period. The clinical symptoms did not affect pregnancy slightly. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion sucrose iron intravenous injection is safe and effective in the treatment of moderate anemia in late pregnancy.
